  5.     The NeoC Explorer V1.0  and  MAP V1.0  are  FREEWARE.  If you find them
  6.     useful  and you are interested in the updates  of  production  you  can
  7.     register.  Please send at least a postcard because I would like to know  
  8.     where in the world my program is being used. Please send a  pretty  one 
  9.     from your city, state, or country.  
  10.  
  11.     If you would support continuing development of the product, please send  
  12.     a donation as close to US $20-$25 as you can.  If you register and send 
  13.     the suggested donation,  you  will  receive  the  next  updates  at  no  
  14.     additional charge.  Your donation, should you request a 3.5" disc, must  
  15.     be the equivalent of $10 US  at  least.  This  includes  the  post  and 
  16.     packaging costs.

  19.     below), and the payment can be made only by CHECK or CASH.
